No problem. You need me to go first, anyway and I wasn't setting the world on
fire getting this done.
The top level cygserver directory now exists. I'll be cvs remove'ing
the cygserver files from winsup/cygwin and doing some configury magic
in the next few hours. Do you want me to create a Makefile.in and configure.in
or do you want to do that? I don't mind doing it, fwiw.
