scp error

I got the following error messages when trying to scp my PostgreSQL
7.1.3-1 distribution up to sources:

    $ scp postgresql-7.1.3-1.tar.bz2 postgresql-7.1.3-1-src.tar.bz2 setup.hint jlt63@sources.redhat.com:\~ftp/pub/cygwin/contrib/postgresql
    postgresql-7.1.3-1.t  50% |**************               |  1038 KB    00:00 ETA
         0 [win] scp 2100 sig_send: wait for sig_complete event failed, signal 14, rc 258, Win32 error 0
    60006243 [win] scp 2100 sig_send: wait for sig_complete event failed, signal 14, rc 258, Win32 error 0

Note that I had no problems scp-ing via ssh2 to a Linux box on my local LAN.

I will try to look into this one too...
