Log message:
	* exceptions.cc (open_stackdumpfile): Don't try to open file if we
	have no filesystem based CWD.  Add comment.
	* path.cc (cwdstuff::set): Set CWD handle to NULL if CWD is a virtual
	path.  Simplify matching comment.
