This packages msitools, tools for building and examining .msi installer
packages, and it's prerequisite gcab.
These can be used, for example, to build .msi packages containing
cross-built MinGW-w64 applications.
This is in Fedora and Debian.

You man find "wget -r -np -nH -R'index*'" convenient for retrieving
