That looks good to me, but I'm not a tcl expert.

And, having said that, I'm wondering why Cygwin has two dirs:

  /usr/lib/tcl8.5
  /usr/lib/tcl8

with the latter having two subdirs, 8.4 and 8.5.  What's the
deal here?
