While this would seem to be distributable[1], the question is raised
there about the usefulness of a v2-only decompressor where a disputable
number of RAR files in the wild are v3. That was five-plus years ago
already, and I'm sure the number has only increased since. I don't
really want to deal with endless questions about why this doesn't work
on so-and-so RAR file. It is really still worth shipping now?
