What about 4.1.1-1 and 4.1.1-2? Shouldn't 4.1.1-1 be removed entirely?
4.1.1-2 would then represent the older libnetcdf6, so it looks like
we could remove netcdf-4.1.1-2.tar.bz2 and libnetcdf-devel-4.1.1-2.tar.bz2.
This keeps only libnetcdf6/libnetcdf6-4.1.1-2.tar.bz2 and the source
archive.
Alternatively, since no application in the distro depends on libnetcdf6,
we could remove all of 4.1.1.
