Your obsoletion of lapack itself isn't correct.  You still need the
lapack package yourself for the source archive.  I would create an
empty lapack-3.1.1-2.tar.bz2 as well and keep the category intact.

There's also the problem that users of lapack won't get the new
lapack packages when updating.  You should add liblapack_0 to the
lapack requirements, too.
