Are you using Mingw or Cygwin file locking? (by default CYGWIN
includes "Win32" in SQLite sources)
I had tried packaging it some time ago, and had some problems in both
cases, but finally gave up for lack of time and real need.

Well, I guess I can answer myself reading the patch... I'll do that
(and review the package) this evening or tomorrow, I hope.

But then again I probably remember it wrong in the first place, since
monotone uses SQLite3 internally and works nicely enough to be usable
IMHO (no, unfortunately it can't use an external shared SQLite library
at this time).
