[ITP] clamav-0.75.1-3 - A GPL virus scanner

Builds fine again but the install step is not working:
mv: cannot stat `/usr/src/clamav-0.75.1/.inst/etc/clamav.conf': No such file or directory
If this is fixed the package is GTG.


I fixed this and more.
I added a preremove script which stops and uninstalls the service.
