Hi, all.

It would be useful for me to know which existing cygwin packages use swig. Unfortunately, since we don't have a standard way of
expressing BuildRequires, I can't find this out automatically, so if any package maintainer whose package(s) use swig could send me
an email, please.

I'm planning a release soon with the swig runtimes build as DLLs, which is a requirement for bindings sets with multiple modules.
(Usual problem - global state isn't shared when DLLs link against static libraries).
