I don't mind doing that in the future, if it is desired, but I thought the
point of that message was for the uploader to tell the maintainer to go
ahead and announce. I didn't think there was much point in emailing
cygwin-apps to tell myself that I could now announce my own package :-)
Is there another reason? If so, I will email cygwin-apps when uploading in
future.
