I.e. where does the 1.9.11 source came from? I see 1.9.7 at the
dict.org FTP server, but no hint where the development takes place.
It seems Debian has 1.9.11, but the upstream source is at sourceforge
http://sourceforge.net/projects/dict/ . Shouldn't we use the original
sources?
