In *other unixes*, yes. But the /usr vs. / divide is simply troublesome in
Cygwin.
If we can work out a way of adding "/usr/sbin -> /sbin" to the default
mounts, without requiring manual intervention on existing Cygwin
installations, I suggest we do it.
