Good thing I read all the replies, eh? ;-)
I think I was the one trigger-happy in this case. FWIW, Google didn't
find it when I searched for "pcre-4.3-2 cygwin announcement". :-(
I should've known to omit that first hyphen. My profound apologies for
the confusion.
