Some more info on this: this seems to be related to
<http://cygwin.com/ml/cygwin-apps/2003-03/msg00411.html>.  At least, as I
was looking through my saved setup.log.full's, the warning message only
appeared in the ones that were from the hung runs.  Unfortunately, I don't
have any more info, and haven't been able to reproduce it since...
