Hmm.  Probably.

Ditto.

Setup doesn't like specific versions.  Someday, I'm sure we'll have things
like >=cygwin-1.3.12-3 or something.

No need to change the number if it hasn't been released.

I've uploaded the new package.  Thanks.

One thing that occurred to me is that we should probably, in the
interest of disk space, be compressing the man and info pages with gzip
(or even bzip2 if man/info support it), shouldn't we?  That's what Red
Hat and other distributions do.

Something for package maintainers to consider.
