I've packaged the recently released gnugo-3.6 for cygwin.

Gnu Go is a state of the art go playing program.
Go is an ancient boardgame originating from Asia, that
becomes increasingly popular in the western world.
For more info consult the Gnu Go home page:
http://www.fsf.org/software/gnugo/
the cgoban1 package, also available through cygwin's setup,
provides a GUI to Gnu Go.
