Updated: make-3.80-1

I've made a new version of make available for download. This version
has been available for a few weeks now:

http://cygwin.com/ml/cygwin/2003-06/msg00009.html

and I haven't heard any complaints.

This version is a refresh from the make sources, bringing the version up
to 3.80. It also includes a tweak to fix a problem mentioned in the
cygwin mailing list: http://cygwin.com/ml/cygwin/2003-05/msg01215.html

To update your installation, click on the "Install Cygwin now" link on
the http://cygwin.com/ web page. This downloads setup.exe to your
system. Once you've downloaded setup.exe, run it and select "Devel" and
then click on the appropriate field until 3.80-1 is displayed.

If you have questions or comments, please send them to the Cygwin
mailing list at: cygwin-AT-cygwin-DOT-com . Always use this mailing list
rather than emailing me or other package maintainers directly.
